DAY 1

KLIA TO Amsterdam Airport

TO Brussels Airport TO ANTWERP(MoM)

Fyi. My mom was on a business training in Brussels for 2 months and to look around before bringging us on our private tour. =)

If you don't wanna be confused, you gotta read what I'm typing! Cuz if it was'nt for the draft I wrote during my stay, I would be lost too!

KLIA

We took a nigthtflight on The Dutch Airlines(KL) to Amsterdam to take a plane straight to Brussels. No stopping at Amsterdam yet!

*The aeroplane food sucked. I was looking forward to it! =(

The flight from here to Amsterdam was an excruciating 11hours!

AMSTERDAMS AIRPORT

Anyway,

Sat A smaller cuter plane for an hour to reach Brussels airport!

IT WAS FREEZING!

We reached and got backtracked 7 hours. So I was fortunately 7hours younger at that time. =D AND it was still Morning! Skies were black like 9pm here.

7 hours difference!

Nowander I'm sleeping at 6am and waking up at 4pm here in Malaysia. ALSO,

Bad idea to wear 1 layer of clothes. @.@

BRUSSELS AIRPORT

Arrived on the mini plane!

Frank picked us up to mom's apartment in Antwerp. 45minuite drive.

Language: Flemish (They litterally talk like they have 'flem')

I tried to say some stuff since I had a little 'flem' myself from the dryness of the plane. HAHA! Bad idea again. I sound ridiculous.

Khjikvikien is probably a word there. Seriously.

ARRIVED AT ANTWERP

AND took A Tram To the main Antwerp city! No resting yet! F.y.i. It's like taking a ktm from subang to sungei wang. I did'nt get it at first until my mom explained it to me like that. :p

THE TOUR OF ANTWERP BEGINS!!!

Destinations: Our Lady Cathedral and Shopping District!

Starting now, there would be endless walking. Another tip, no high heels!

On the way to the 'Our Lady Cathedral' we took plenty of wonderful pictures~

The church we were about to go into~It's really tall! *Duh* And, they play the most wonderful sounds with their churchbells!

Should I upload the video? hm.

That's me flinching in the cold.. A looong walk to the Cathedral, you know?

Another tip, BRING LIP BALM! My lips were starting to crack and feel like plastic. Now in Malaysia my lips are peeling off like iguana's skin. Yuck.

Even the hotel buildings looks historical. But I already have my full equiped free apartment that my mom arranged for the three of us! Mahaha. With stoves and all.

Okay, tell you something ironic. While purchasing tickets to enter the Church, IN the church,
Older sis: -taking out her camera, and drops it- SHIT!
Dad: SHIT!!
Mom: SHIT!!
Me and my younger sis: Uh........did'nt mommy tell us to be quiet....

After that we ate some waffles, FYI the best waffles in my LIFE! Belgian Waffles.. yum yum yum. Nothing at all like Malaysia.

Let me explain it to you,

It's Hot, crunchy, sweet, chewy, sticky and shiny. And the bread? OH! Don't get me started!

On to the....

SHOPPING DISTRICT!

I bought a new pair of white boots to replace my yucky sportshoes I wore here from the airport. AND, we went to a shopping complex that was once a museum!

There is a whole street for shopping.

The fun today does'nt compare what I have in store on the other days!
