How scrumptious it is, as to when the acidic taste of the crunchy pickled cabbages touches the tip of the tongue, harmonizing with the faint aroma of fermented spices, thus tickling your taste buds as it makes it's way down your throat. Long after savoring it, the dance of spices that lingers on in your mouth engages each bite of food with a more delightful savory taste that could compliment any mouth watering delights; causing you to yearn for more.
