DAY 6
Antwerp to PARIS!
Visits: THE LOURVE
Due to the countless times we went shopping five days before this, we had to carry everything to the train station. Total? 4 Huge Luggages, 6 small bags and carry ons. Thank goodness we have a family of five. o.0
*Travelling tip: Don't be like my sis. Don't pack your whole closet. Uses up the extra space!
2 hours on the train.
And we arrive... to Paris. Raining and freezing cold as usual. Then we checked in Marena Hotel and ate at a Thai Restaurant managed by a Hong kong lady and her family. =D She seems really excited to see other chinese people here.

Off to the Lourve! (by bus) By the way, the picture above is the outside of the Lourve.
Lourve Museum

Mind you, it IS the huge-est museum I've ever been to. Eventhough we had the whole day here, it wasn't enough! Plus, there were hundreds of people.
This was the entrance to the green zone. (There's a map)
Very... unique. :p
New way of killing yourself slowly.Of course, me and my sis went straight to the...EGPYTIAN ANTIQUES
This is one of the egyptian gods.
And their music. I was wondering what these curvy things do..
They sleep on it. OUch. And I thought Chinese 'pillows' were hard. The picture below I took is one of the tombs they found. Very Very Huge.
Look how many mummy cases they found. Every case is carved according to their facial features in real life so every single one is different. I'd want one so I'll still look good on the outside when I'm rotting in the inside. Haha...
Mummy
I didn't know the wraped it like that. So Tight, it's like weaving. =0
The brains and insides are kept in these tiny cases.
Even their pets are mummified. Oo.. It's quite nice to have a falcon as a pet. It's so cute!
ROMAN ANTIQUES
Very Herculesy. Feels like one of them's gonna move. o.0
There's one of the pillars from those ancient roman buildings.
MICHEAL ANGELOThis is my second most favourite sculpture. He's SOOO Handsome. The most perfect facial features ever. I can sense he's kinda like a chick magnet if he existed. -Sigh-
Micheal Angelo likes to make nude sculptures, just to know.
If you ever visited the Micheal Angelo's restaurant in Sunway Pyramid or the Curve, the first large picture you see on the wall? The Malaysians have already erased his manlihood. Sad thing really. haha.
These 4 sculptures are humongus. Just look at it to know what was the artist thinking. *Why is it so small?* Haahahah.
HUGE. It looked like one of those Roman Gods. haha.

The headless angel.
Check out their oh-so-incredible CEILINGS.Very large. I can't even paint a proper thing on the wall, more so on the ceiling. Wow.
THIS was the corner of one of the room's ceilings.
LEONARDO DA VINCIThe Mona Lisa.I was kinda skeptical about thhe mona lisa. It's cause we had to stand like 10 feet away. I can't even Look at it properly. =.=Very high security.
This was also one of Leonardo's works. The biggest painting he's painted. The Last Supper. As you can see, the characters in the pictures are as big as the humans outside of it.He painted many other HUGE pictures.
Back to some sculptures. This reminds you of?
Haha. But I think the cartoons exegerated it a wee bit.
This too.
They cutified it. haha!
Look at this guy. Standing triumphant on a monster.
It looks to me like he's..
camwhoring. Haha..!
THIS..Is my most favouritestt sculpture ever!!The most romantic one too.The Mortal and the Angel.
And we went back after souvenier shopping!
Pretty?
I bought this form the souvenier shop. I know they have it here in Malaysia too but it's the same price.. so... The only difference is the super excavating spirit! (-.-)

The 'excavating spirit' kinda went away when the 1st hour passed. Then, it started to be like a battle field between me and a block of clay..
In the end, it paid off!
THE GRAVE.... hahaha...(excited like a little girl again)
I've always wanted to try this anyway,... hahah xD
